I'm Diana Dunn: gardener, artist, pastor's wife, homeschool mom, and homemaker.
Art and Design have long been a passion of mine. Beauty paired with function and practicality make my heart sing. I've been honing my skills in design, art, and decorating as a hobby for years, both for myself and for others- residential and some commercial. I have come to a place where the time feels right to offer my services to a broader audience, on more professional terms.

Personal Style
I would describe my personal sense of style as: vintage, cozy, collected (meaning, it doesnt look like everything was bought at once from the same store, but collected over time).
In my home you'll find lots of white walls with some pops of drama here and there, lots of thrift store and antique pieces, vintage landscape paintings, a collection of globes, and plenty of texture and pillows. I love Boho and mid-century accents, but as a general style tend to be more traditional. I love when a home matches its setting- usually I think of the location the home is in and its general architecture.
I like spaces to be full of comfort, meaning, and function, as well as the obvious visual appeal. I believe that good design is accessible for just about any space or budget. You don't have to be able to afford all the things on your wish list in order to have a space you love.
My design style may not be the same as yours, but I pride myself on being able to discern your personal style and make your home fresh and special but still "you."

Below you will find a list of services offered by Diana Dunn Creative Co., along with rates, and a description of what's included. Rates are subject to change depending on the size and scope of the project. A written agreement will be made prior to rendering of services.

Home Staging/ Home Refresh
1500 sq. ft. or less: Starting at $500
+ $250 for each additional 1000 sq. ft range (for example 1500-2500 sq. ft. would be $750)
One-Room Refresh: Starting at $200
This is one of my favorite things to do for people! The aim of this service is the make the best of what you have, creating a space that is clean, cohesive, and well-arranged. Your goal may be to sell your home,or to just be more content where you are. This service will utilize most of your existing furnishings, while bringing in some new items (owner purchases) to make your home fresh, organized and comfortable. This service can be for your entire home or just a selected square footage amount. This IS NOT a staging service where we will empty your entire house and stock it with rental furniture.
What's Included:
-an initial consultation where we'll hone in on your personal style, your wishes for your home, things that work and things that don't, and priority areas for your refresh.
-2 days with me, Diana Dunn
Day 1- organizing, rearranging and working through the designated room(s)
Day 2- shopping for new accessories (as needed) and completing and installing work in the home.
-If needed, an experienced handyman/contractor can be hired additionally at a rate of $40/hr.
Room by Room Re-Design
Do you want to start completely over with your room decor and design? This is the service for you.
Starting at $200 per room. Prices for multiple rooms determined on a case by case basis.
What's Included:
-A consultation where we'll hone in on your style and preferences (in home if you’re local).
-A written list of design suggestions to guide you.
-Sketches of key features of the new design with suggested furniture placement.
-Paint color suggestions
-Tips on how to chose the right items to make the most of your space
-Tips for creating a cohesive look with accessories and furnishings
Room Re-Design + Sourcing
Don't want to shop by yourself/ for yourself? I'll do it with or for you!
Price determined based on number of items needed, but these rates can be used as a general guide:
$75/ 3 hours ($150 for full day) OR 10% finders fee on materials purchased
Floral Design
There's no other way to say this, I LOVE flowers. Gardening is my biggest hobby, and I love creating custom arrangements fresh from my garden in the spring and summer.
I can do gift bouquets or arrangements for small-scale parties, showers, and weddings.
